Act 1:7, Jesus said: ". . . filled with the Holy Spirit’s power, … be witnesses for me in Jerusalem, in all Judaea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Our Jerusalem is Edinburgh and our vision is to reach out from Edinburgh to the far corners of the world touching and transforming lives with the good news of Jesus.

P's & G's supports mission partners – they are members of the church who are called in to full-time service (minimum 3 years), and have been accepted and commissioned by the church for the varied aspects of service they’re involved in. The following applies:

• Strategic work – their work must be strategic in furthering the gospel of Jesus Christ
• Support – P's & G's commitment is to support partners through encouragement and prayer as well as financially, ensuring their well being and welcoming them into the church family when they are home
• Accountability – partners stay in regular contact with P's & G's, giving updates of their work and needs for prayer which are shared with the church. They provide budgets to help assess financial support and attend three-yearly reviews which are set in a wider context of P's & G's overall care and support
• Stimulate – the World Mission Team aims to stimulate and enthuse a world mission mindset in P's & G's
